Play Without Internet: Access and play single-player or local multiplayer games stored on your hard drive.
Saved Progress: Saves your game progress locally on your device, which automatically syncs to the Steam Cloud once you reconnect to the internet.
No Online Features: Disables online multiplayer, cloud saves sync, Steam Store, friends list, achievements updates, and game updates while active.
How to Enable It
Open Steam while connected to the internet and ensure "Remember my password" is checked on login.
Make sure all games you want to play are fully updated.
Click Steam in the top-left menu bar.
Select Go Offline... and restart Steam in Offline Mode.
